RECOMMENDATION: That the Committee recommend to City
Council that this application be permitted
to proceed to bylaw stage and public
hearing. my

And that it be held at fourth reading
pending completion of a OCC Bylaw governing
the area.

COMMENTS:

This application received approval in principte by City Counci|
and has been held pending resolution of the problem with the
local service road. That problem has now been resolved by
Ministry of Highways agreeing to our suggestion for imposing. a
Development Cost Charge By!aw to pay for the road Improvements...

As the origina! condition. for approval of this rezoning
application has now been satisfied, this report is recommending
that the apptication be forwarded through bylaw stage. It
should be noted, however, that the fourth reading should be
held up until the proposed DCC Bylaw is put in piace.
