Kelly Avenue be Included In the 1986 Water Capital Budget at an estimated
cost of $105,000.00;

AND THAT a portion of watermain on Vincent across Prairie Avenue be
Included in the 1986 Water Capital Budget at an estimated cost of

$5,000.00. '
