Extract from the minutes of a regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on this 12th day of March, 1984.

WHEREAS by Bylaw No. 2018 oft The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited
as the "Rae Street Lane (Plan 2102) Road Closure Bylaw, 1984, No. 2018" a
certain portion of Lane +hereir, described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the
Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic; .

NOW THEREFORE BE_!T RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal Affairs
oft the Province of British Columbia praying-on behalf ot the City for abandonment of
the said portion of Lane described in Bylaw No. 2018 and the vesting of the title of
the fand comprising the same in The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.
