Dear Mayor Traboulay and Councilmembers:

Desiring to upgrade appearances and give better visibility to
those passing » We at Grace Gospel Tabernacle are asking permiss-
jon to erect an'oversized sign" on the front of our property (zoned
RS 1) that will look like the attached drawing.

Sign height would be ten (10) feet above its rockery garden.
The white or readable portion of the sign would be six (6) feet by
eight (8). feet. We ara desiring to erect a sign that gives our name
clearly and a "Read-a-Message" portion ( 3 lines of lettering),

We have already talked to Mr Nick Chernoff, Chief Building
Inspecto, and Mr Shardlow, Building Inspector, and have also been
in consultation with Mr Bill Brown, Planning Dept. They all advised
this letter. . : as
