That as recommended by the Parks Superintendent, November 10th,
1981 the necessary trees on City property, as outlined, be cut down;

AND THAT the British Columbia Telephone Company be requested to cut
down the cottonwoods on their property in Leigh Square and replace them
with trees recommended by the Parks Superintendent.

That approval be hereby given to Crop Care Aviation Limited to
operate aircraft below elevated regulations in the City of Port Coquitlam
during the three calendar months of March, April and May, 1982 for the
purpose of. applying Triphorene (Funginex) to blueberry crops for the
control of mummy berry.

Prior to the question being called on the foregoing resolution
Alderman Muldoon suggested it be deferred until the Environmental Protection
Committee can look into the type of chemicals used.
