THE CORPORAT LOM OF THE CITY OF VORT COQULTLAH NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ZONING BY-LAW The Munfcipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam wS1L hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Nall, 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, March IJrd, 1980 at 7:36 p.m. to consider the fullowing proposed by~law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651". By-law No. 1723: to remove the Zone Designation of RS-1 now essigned to Lot 1 of District Lot 380, Group One, Plan 6234, exeept that portion lying Southwest of the Lougheed Wighway, Plan 1.0030, New Westminster District and assigning the Zone Designation of: Cb (Comprehensive Development) to the said property. This property is located at the Northeast corner of Lougheed Nighway and Westwood Street and it is expected that a comprehensive commercial “development, including the erection of a multi-storey office tower, will be constructed following completion of the rezoning procedures. This is the second Public Hearing held on By-law No. 1723 and is necessitated by a change in the arrangement of the buildings on the site that will see the multi~stovey office tewer loceted close to the Northeast corner of the property rather than the Southeast corner as previously proposed. A copy of the proposed By-law, and other relevant documents may be inspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Nall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on working days, February 2ist, 1980 to Harch 3rd, 1980. All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed by-law shall be afforred an opportunity to be heard at the Public Nearing on matters contuined in the by-law.
