That as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Committee, January
llth, 1979 the City enter into a Parking Agreement to provide 19 additional
stalls to meet the By-law requirements for the proposed new commercial

building at 2253 Wilson Avenue;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the said
Parking Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal

thereto.
