The Municipal Counci” of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitiam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Averue, Port .Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November
6th, 1978 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to amend

the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

‘By-law No. 1638: to rezone Lots 5, 6, 7; and 8, Block 10, District

Lot 288, Group One, Plan 2111, New Westminster District, from RS-2
(One-Family Suburban Residential) to M-3 (Special Industrial).

- This ee is located at the Northwest corner of Morgan Avenue
and Broadway Street and it is expected that upon completion of the
yezoning procedures 2 7,400 square foot industrial building. will

be constructed on the. said property by a manufacturer of lighting

fixtures.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of the

City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between the

hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — on working days ~ from October 26th to

November 6th, 1978.. . .

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the

proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained tin the by-laws.
