A memorandum dated May 28th, 1976 from the City Engineer, concerning ‘the application was also submitted advising that in order to provide an adequate dyke at Cedar Ditch, some encroachment onto existing properties on the East side of Cedar Drive will be necessary to meet the reconstructed elevation of Cedar Drive and recommending that the applicant provide an adequate Right-of-Way to permit this work to be done in the future.
