Parks and Recreation ‘ecommendations to Council:

Subject: Winter Carnival ~ March 30th, 31st, April 1st

A.

That the Recreation Centre concession be cleared of all supplies

and equipment.

That the Recreation Centre concession be given to the Winter Carnival,
however, our concession workers must operate the concession.

That the Winter Carnival be permitted to Operate a supplementary
concession in the lobby.

That the Winter Carnival Committee pay for any extra maintenance
staff that may be needed to prepare for the event, any necessary

maintenance during the event, and finally the cleanup after the event,
