A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign By- law, 1969,

; OCT 3 1977

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. . Clause (a) of Section 406 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Sign
‘By-law, 1969, No. 936" is repealed and the following substituted:
"(a) (i) In the C-3 and C-4 ZONES a free~standing sign may’ be
located anywhere on the lot.
(ii) In all ZONES except the C-3 and C-4 ZONES no free-standing
sign shall be located closer than 10' to any property line."

2. ‘Clause (b) of Section 3 of Schedule No. III of the By-law,

repealed by By-law No. 1226, is re-enacted as follows:

"(b) In the C-3 and C-4 ZONES, with the exception of an awning sign,
no sign shall. project more than 2's' horizontally from the face
or wall of the building to which it is attached."

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Sign By-law, 1969, No. 936, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1562".
