A Bylaw to provide for the adoption

of a capital expenditure programme.

WHEREAS Section 266 of the "Municipal Act being Chapter 290 of the Revisec
Statutes of British Columbia, 1979, requires that on or before the Sth day of
May in each year the Counci| shall cause to be Prepared and adopt by bvlaw 5
capital expenditure programme for a period of not less than 5 years, showins
estimates of the Proposed source and application of funds for capital Durposss
for each year of the programme;

NOW: THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Por-
Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Schedule "A" to. this Bylaw shall be the capital expenditure Programme of The
Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam for the years 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989,
1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, and 1995. :
