SUBJECT: Street Naming
Planning and Development Committee - June 1, 1982

RECOMMENDATION: The lane east of the junction of 1554-1556/58
Mary Hill Road, south to its termination. be
called "Lois Lane".

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Due to the topography of the area and the proximity of the

lane, it is used as’ a street out of necessity by a majority of
the. residents to the west. By Engineering standards it is not
a street. The name is applicable to the use of womens names in

this locale.

The Committee recommends this lane be named as above, to
clarify and. assist: commercial and mail deliveries to the
residents. co,
