January 26th, 1981,

A meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam was held in the "Campbell Room" of the Best Western Poco
Motor Inn, 1545 Lougheed Highway, Port Coquitlam, B.C., on January 26th,
1981 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor G.R. Laking, Aldermen M.D, Gates, J.J. Keryluk,
A.K. Muldoon, L.M. Traboulay and M.R, Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A, Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Assistant
City Engineer L. Melnechenko, P, Eng., City Planner L, Lee, City Treasurer
J.G.S. Maitland, Fire Chief W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Boileau,
Works & Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Recreation Director K.J.
Taylor.
