DESCRIPTION: Lot 23, Blk. 4, D.L.480, Gp.1, Plan 20671

BACK GROUND: The subject duplex is one of those that

have not been included for RP-2 zoning in
the new Zoning Bylaws as it was constructed
prior to 1969 and records were not readily
available to determine if it conforms to
all bylaw requirements,

The owner has now filed an application to
rezone it to RT-1 and has supplied all the
necessary information to determine that
this duplex informs to all bylaw require-
‘ments for RT-1 zoning.

The Committee recommends that this appli-
cation be advanced to Public Hearing.
