That the City Administrator be authorized to make application to
the Provincial Ministry of Agriculture to initiate a program of drainage
improvements in the Agricultural Area as outlined in the report.

Prov. Rec. the Recreation Director be given permission to attend the Provincial
Branch Workshop.
Recreation Fitness Branch workshop to be held at Yellow Point Lodge on
Vancouver Island on April 16th to April 18th, 1980 and that her expenses

be paid.

AND THAT all necessary expenses incurred therewith be paid.

five years from the lst day of September 1980 be approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and Clty Clerk be authorized to sign

the said Agreement on behalf of the Clty and affix the Corporate Seal

thereto,
