A short discussed ensued and Alderman Ranger suggested that the Community Development Committee look into purchasing some of the photographs. From the Public Works Committee, May 26th, 1978 recommending PWC, May 26/78 3 purchase of a 3/4 ton Chevy Van from Westminster Chev-Olds Limited for re Purchase of 3/4 ton Chevy the total purchase price of $6,115.66, tax included, for use by the Van. Pools maintenance section of the Parks Department. Moved by Alderman Mabbett: Seconded by Alderman Traboulay: That as recommended by the Public Works Committee, May 26th, 1978 the purchase of a 3/4 ton Chevy Van from Westminster Chev-Olds Limited for the total purchase price of $6,115.66, tax included, be approved. Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Laking; That as recommended by the Land Sales Committee, May 29th, 1978 the ‘City sell all the closed road allowance of Salisbury Avenuc and Stratford Street to the developer for $1.50 per square foot.
