THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BY-LAW NO. 1493

A By-law to reserve for park purposes certain real property owned by
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, -

WHEREAS the' real property hereinafter more particularly described is
owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam;

AND WHEREAS pursuant to Section 467 of the "Municipal Act" being
Chapter 255 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960, as amended,
the Council may. reserve for a particular Municipal or other public purpdse
any land owned by the municipality;

AND WHEREAS it is deemed in the public interest to reserve the real
Property hereinafter described as public parks;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City
of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The several parcels or groups of parcels of real property hereinafter
described which are owned by The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
and situate within the municipal limits of the City of Port Coquitlam and
in the New. Westmineter Land Registration District are hereby reserved as
public parks:
McLean Park
(a) 4. Lot “F", District Lot 466, Group 1, Plan 4065;
ii. Lots 1 and 2, Block 15, District Lot 466, Group 1,
Plan 2423.

Wellington Park

(b) Lot 204, District Lot 479, Group 1, Plan 37532,

Sun Valley Park :

(2) Lot 196A, South-east Quarter Section 7, Township 40, Plan
36214.

Robert Hope Park

(d) i. Lots 158 and 159, District Lot 342, Group 1, Plan 20766;
di. That area of land shown dedicated as "Park" on Plan 20766.

Routley Park
(e) Lot 610, District Lota 341 and 342, Group 1, Plan 31081.

City Hall Park
