(£) Each grave liner used in Section "A", “B" and “D" in che ceuetery
shall be eede of refniorced concrete not less than two (2} inches thick end
shall consist of two side wslls, two end walls, and a.cover. sufficient to
bridge che coffin or casket cver its entire length.

(g) A precast concrete grave Liner as outhined in subsection (é) of a
wood liner not Jess than two inches thick and consiating of two sides and end
walls and a cover sufficient to bridge the coffin over fta entire length shall
be used for esch interment in Section “C" of tha Port Coquitlen Cemetery.

th) No grave liner shall be provided by the Corporation free of charge
except for use In Section "C" ef the Covetery or in the case of an indtennt
person for whose burial the Corporation hae decided on a reetsaion of fees.
2. No pergen shalt enter any body in the cemetery except between tue
houra of aight (8) o'clock in the forenoon and five (5) o'clock in the afternoon,
22. No perwon shall inter any body in the cenetery on Saturday or Sunday
or on any Statutory Holiday unless written permtaston of the Clerk is first
obtained except in the ecergency conditions a2-epecified in Section 16 hereof,
23. No grave shall be dug or opened by any person other than the Caretaker
ov @ person duly. authorized by the Carotaker or by the Clerk.

26, ‘Mo waults or other sethots of interment above ground. level shall be
peruicted in the cemetery.
CEMETERY CARETAKER
A Cemetary. caretaker may be sppoiated by the Council, and the duties
caretaker s0 appointed shall be among other thinge:

(a) To. dig and prepare, or cause to be dug and prepared, all gtavea

or the persons acting for thea.

(e) To complete such other work an may be from time to time directed by
the City Engineer or the Clerk.

ADMINESTWATIOY A‘M> CARE FUND

26, The Clerk shail maintain records so mcesn*ry to the adainistzation
acd sanagement of the cemetery ard as Fequired by Divfalon 31 of the Regulation

under the "Cemeteries Act". .

27, The Clerk is hereby suthorised on behalf of the Municipality to grane
# license in che fore set out tn Schesule “A” hereof fo reepect.of any unl icen-
wed grave apsce in the cenctery, according to the scale of fees and charges
Specified tn Schedule “t" of this By-lav and subject is the provialfons of this
By-lav.

28, The Clerk shell fasue al} pernite tor totersent required by this

23. Upon tesuing eny peraite for interment in the cemetery, or upon viewing
an order for exhusation from the proper authority es required by Section 15
hereof, the Clerk shall notify the City Engineer or the Caretaker before the
tine of the totended tncerment or exhumation giving the saue-of the deceased

and the nuaber and location ef the grave apace concerned,

30. {a) A fund shall be estsblisned to be known as “The Cemetery Care Fund”

and such fund shall be adeinistered in accordance with the teqcirenents of: the
Reguletiona made under the "Ceweteriza Act” for the establisheent and adeinis-
tration of a Muntcips! Cemetery Care Fund and in accordance vith: the proceduzes
hereinafter set out,

{b) A bank account shall be established to be known as "The Cenetery Care
Pund Account" foto which the Treasurer shalt psy a3) funde received for Care
Fund purposes and all such funds shall be deposited in satd account, gad. there
hald pending investnont as hercinafter provided.

(c) On all Licenses for use of grave epece sold on and after the First
day of January, 1966, the Treasures shall pay into "The Cewatery Care cund
Account” from the asount received for each license sold at the fee specified
