-HYCROFT ANNUAL SALE OF POTTERY General: In order to simplify the collection and jurying of pots, Hycroft has been booked for two days - November 22 and 23, 1966. The sale will open at 10.00 a.m. and close at 11.00 p.m. on Nov. 23. The executive would like to remind the membership that the continued success of the sale will depend on maintaining the high standard established last year. Therefore, entries will be judged although standards will not be as high as those applied to an exhibition. The Guild will charge a commission of 25% on sales and it siould be noted again that moneys earned by the Guild will be used to further ceramic interests in the West. In other words, participants will benefit indirectly from commission fees. Publicity via press, radio and television will be arranged. Detail: 1, Submissions: Entries will be accepted from both members and non-members. An entry fee of $2.00 will be charged. Sets can be of any size and these will be counted as one item.
