The Kuntz Support Group is
seeking the reinstatement of J.
David Kuntz with the B.C. Col-
lege of Physicians and Surgeons

to practice Orthopedic Surgery

in the Pacific Northwest of B.C.

We are attempting to contact
as many former patients of Dr.
Kuntz as possible, requesting
they provide us with a written
statement of their surgery and
the success or failure or it’s out-
come.

Contributions are requested
to help with the overhead of this
non-profit support group. Legal

two workshops and a public
