When a home is ordered a team travels through the warehouse gathering the required items. Each

item is checked off to ensure it gets to the job site. A check is also conducted when the material is
loaded on the trucks.

The highly modern plant located at Lloyd-
minster on the Alberta - Saskatchewan border,
employs approximately 250 workers, the
majority of whom are |'WA members.

These skilled workers design, build and
deliver, ten new homes each day to nearly
every province in Canada.

There are at the moment, fifty-five different
designs to choose from and all the homes are
constructed from the finest of building
materials. The construction meets or sur-
Passes all building codes in the country and
great care is taken by the Company to ensure
complete customer satisfaction.

Cost of the homes range from a low of $8,330
for the Kelsey design, which has a floor square
area of 864 feet and three bedrooms, to the
luxurious West Point design, which sells for
$24,150 and has a floor area of 2073 sq. ft. and
four bedrooms.

Most of the designs have two price lists. The
Trendsetter price is the cost of the home bullt
Of spruce lumber and the Classic price is for
those constructed of fir.

Buyers are provided with blueprints showing
measurements, construction details and
layouts for sub-trades and a construction
manual, with step-by-step instructions.

The Company has its own fleet of trucks
driven by skilled drivers, who take pride in the
care and attention they give to ensure the
home components arrive safely at the building
site.

The Company also provides four finance and
purchase plans for prospective customers as
well as a special low cost financing plan.

To purchase a home under the special low
cost financing plan, all that is required is to
have clear title to your lot, be steadily em-
ployed and have a satisfactory credit record.
