Traboulay and Aldermen M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H. Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance. Also in attendance were City Administrator BR. Kirk, City Treasurer/Deputy City Administrator J.G.S. Maitland, City Clerk S. Rauh, City Engineer I.R. Zahynacz, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Director of Parks and Recreation K.J. Taylor. CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES: Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Wright: That the minutes of the Public Hearing and Regular Council meeting held on June 15th, 1992 be taken as read and adopted. Carried. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS: His Worship Mayor L.M. Trabeulay introduced Dr. Alf. Clinton, former Superintendant of School District No. 43. In recognition of his long service to the community, Dr. Clinton was awarded a City Book and City pins. . His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Ms. Michele Clegg. Michele has been chosen to serve as a Page in the House of Commons. In recognition of her citizenship, Michele was awarded a City Book and City pins. DELEGATIONS: _ His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mr. Dan Morrow, 1451 Morrison Avenue. Mr. Morrow addressed Council regarding comparison of Union increases and. Council increases, comments on FCM Conventions and the new _ policy regarding FCM, and also commented on the indecisions regarding Douglas Island. BYLAWS: Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That third reading of Bylaw No. 2685 be deferred until Council Meeting July 13, 1992. Carried.
