that the signal timing for the McAllister traffic Signal be
adjusted to provide a four Second intergreen clearance interval
for both phases;

that curve warning signs, and centre line refiective markers be
placed on Shaughnessy near Marpole and Wilson;

that pavement markings on Shaughnessy be realigned to provide
left turn lanes on to Wilson and Marpole; and

d. that pedestrian Signal heads and induction loops be installed at
the Shaughnessy/NcAllister intersection.

That $20,000.00 be allocated from 1990 Capital Budget for this
purpose,
