Re: Zoning Amendment By-law Nos. 1630 and 1649

; The above noted Zoning Amendment By-laws cover the following
two projects:

1. 23 single family lots at 3953 Cedar Drive
2. 8 single family and 1 duplex lot at 851 Huber Avenue.

We are advised that the Developer has made all the necessary
deposits and fulfilled other requirements with respect to the two
developments and it would therefore be possible for the By-laws to
receive final reading which can be given by passage of the following
resolutions:

1. "That By-law No. 1630 be reconsidered finally passed and adopted."

2. "That By-law No. 1649 be reconsidered finally passed and adopted."
