No. 43 Joint Family Division Committee. As: you may be aware, the School District No. 48 Joint Family Division Committee was formed in late 1974 and since its inception the District of Coquitlam has provided the secretarial services for the committee. The provision of secretarial services was raised at the last meeting of the Family Division Committee which was held on Thursday, October 26, 1977 and, as a result, the following resolution was adopted: "That the Secretary contact the City of Port Moody and the City of Port Coquitlam to seek assistance in providing: secretarial staff to the Family Division Committee beginning January 1, 1978.'
