Convention on the night of the banquet, to be disgraceful. Alderman Ranger stated he was opposed to money being wasted in the manner proposed by Alderman Traboulay and he proposed the following motion: Moved by Alderman Ranger: Seconded by Alderman Thompson: That this Council not endorse a phone call or a letter to Heritage Canada in an effort to obtain a grant for renovating the Aggie Hall. Prior to the question being called ou the above proposed resolution, Mayor Campbell ruled the same to be out of order as it infringed on the rights of an Alderman to make representations and inquiries on behalf of the City.
