RE: Coast Meridian Road Housing Development

The exact area. required for the above noted development has now been determined
and is shown on the attached survey plan. In accordance with the decision of
_Council made on September 9, 1974 it would now be appropriate to process the
gale of City property to the Greater Vancouver Housing Corporation and the
following resolution is submitted for Council's consideration:

"That: the City Clerk be authorized to post the required "Notice of Sale"
advising that the land noted herewmder is Proposed to be sold to the Greater
Vancouver Housing Corporation: ,;

1. Lots 28 to 42, inclusive, Southwest quarter Section 6, Township 40,
“Plan 3167. for the price of $124,000.00;

2. Approximately 120,006 square feet of read allowance in the 3100 Blocks
Ulster Street and Toronto Street and 1400. Block Fraser Street for the price of

$180, 000. 00;

3. A 24,207 square foot section of a portion of Lot 4 of Lot F of the South-
west quarter Section 6, Township 40, Plan 16087, New Westminster District in
exchange for a 24,207 square foot portion of Lot 3 of Lot F, Southwest quarter
Section: 6, | Township 40, Plan 16087, New Westminster District."
