ITEM IVI ANIMAL CONTROL BYLAW The Committee noted that since the Provincial Government is now requiring that permits be obtained from the Fish and Wildlife for the keeping of even a single squirrel, skutk or raccoon, and since theBranch Province will be enforcing the new regulations, there is no longer any need have provisions for the keeping of thes e animals in tho City' Bylaw.
