The Commission’s mandate is to preserve the agricultural land
base of the Province of British Columbia. If tt. could juseify
the exelusiton of these lands from the Agricultural Land Reserve
it would have to exclude all other lands of Similar
agrieulcural potential from the Reserve in the Lower Fraser
Valley.  Suah an action would defeat the whole Purpose of this
Provincial legislation,

The land referred to in the application remains in the
Agricultural Land Reserve Plan of the Greater Vancouver
Regional Distrieet and continues to ke subjeet to the provisions
of the Agricultural Land Commisston Ast and regulations,
