pedestrian friendly community. Failure t. -.ovide the community with
retail service will certaintly detract from completing what is one of
developments in the City of Port Coquitlam and the Lower Mainland.

Many of the comments received at the Public Information Meeting from the
opponents to this proposal, however are valid and reasonable. Restricting the

working hours of this development from 7:00 a.m. to 11 p.m. and placing a ae
covenant in the property to prevent video/arcade machines in any of the

businesses is sensible and for that reason has been incorporated into the

conditions of approval in the recommendation section of this report.
