RECOMMENDATION:

That the City Administrator attend both the FCM and the UBCM and that his expenses be
paid. — |

BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:

The Committee considers the Administrator’s attendance at the conference to be required
as he serves as a resource person for Council as well as attending various seminars to

improve the operation of the City.

An earlier report to Council dealt specifically with Council attendance at both the FCM
and the UBCM conferences.
