THAT the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No.
27/923 and |

THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to eign the document when complated
subject to:

1. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of
Planning;

Approval of landscaping plene by the Parks and Recreation Department:
Satisfaction of Engineering Department requirements;
Satisfaction of Building Department requirements; and
Satisfaction of the 2.C.M.P, concerns.
PROJECT DESCRIPTIGHs
The proposed project comprises a 4 storey, 35 unit apartment, with
underground parking access from the rear service lane. The architectural

style, siting and volume of the building is coneiatent with design guidelines
for this area.

Engineering Dapartment:

1. Road, curb and gutter, sidewalk upgrading on Whyte Avenue.

2. Extend storm sewer complete with manholes, catch-basing and
service connections.

3. Inatall adequate ornamental street lighting on Whyte Avenue.
