Unfortunately the above mentioned boulevard is not passable for mothers with stollers or taddlers et any time, or for anyone curing the winter months. My understanding is that this situation has been brought to your attention on more than one occasion, but I am confident that you cen sympathize with our urgent need for this problem to Se rectified swiftly, and you will therefore consider this as having the highest oriority.
