BYLAW NO. 2485

A Bylaw to Amend the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw, 1971, No. 1117".

The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. Clause (2) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the “Traffic Regulation Bylaw ,;
No. 1117” is amended by inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical
order, No Parking at Anytime, on the east side of Eastern Drive from a
point 15 metres north of Langan Avenue £0 4 point 10 metres south of
Langan Avenue.

2, Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by
deleting therefrom the present Limited Time Parking - 1 hour ~ 8:00 a.m.
to 6:00 pom. ~ Monday to Saturday inclusive, on both sides of McAlilater
Avenue from Mary Hill Road to Maple Drive.

3, Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule "A" of the Bylaw is further amended by
inserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time Parking
~ 2 hourg — 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ~ Monday to Saturday inclusive, on
both sides of McAllister Avenue from west of the lane west of Shaughnessy

Street.

4. Clause (a) of Section 8 of Schedule “A" of the Bylaw is further amended by
juserting therein, in its correct alphabetical order, Limited Time Parking
- 1 hour - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ~ Monday to Saturday inclusive, on both
sides of McAllister Avenue from Mary Hill Road to the east side of the
lane west of Shaughnessy Street.

5. Section 1 of Schedule "R" of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein, in
correct alphabetical order, the following location of stop signs:

On Klassen Court at the southeast corner of Eastern Drive.
On Pearkes Place at the northwest corner of Laurier Avenue.
On Ulster Street at the southeast corner of Laurier Avenue.
On Pekrul Place at the southeast corner of Morgan Avenue.

6. Section 1 of Schedule "c" of the Bylaw is amended by inserting therein, in
correct alphabetical order, the following location of a crosswalk:

Crossing Eastern Drive at the Northside of Langan Avenue.
Crossing Mary Hill Road at the Northeide of Wilson Avenue.
Crossing Wilson Avenue at the Eastside of Mary Hill Road.
Crossing Wilson Avenue at the Westside of Mary Hill Road.

7, Section 5 of Schedule “D" of the Bylaw {4s amended by deleting therefrom,
Playground zone with a 30 km/h speed limit on Western Drive from Aire
Crescent to the North boundary Lot 250, Plan 48412.

8. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes 28 the "Traffic Regulation Bylaw,
1971, No. 1117, Amendment Bylaw, 1990, No. 2485".
