ECOMMENDATION:

That City Council direct the Clerk's Office to prepare a by law
to rezone Lot 511, SE 1/4, Section 7, township 40, Plan 75782,
New Westminster District, addressed as 3901 Cedar Drive, from
RS-1 (large lot residential) to RT-1 (two-family residential).

BACKGROUND: -

This application is to rezone the property at 3901 Cedar Drive
