His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell advised the meeting the following
Proposed By-law to amend the "City of Port: Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1979, No. 1651" would now be considered.

By-law No. 1686:

To remove the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to Lot 22, Blocks

24 and 25, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1951, New Westminster

District; and, the north 73.15 feet of Lot 20, Blocks 24 and 25, District

Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1951, New Westminster District; and, the south

75 feet of Lot 20, Block 25, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1951, New

Westminster District; and to assign the Zone Designetion of CD (Comprehensive

Development).

The City Planner then explained that the Property is located at the

Southwest corner of Flint Street and Prairie Road and is being rezoned
in order to permit the rebuilding of the existing "Q.T. Market" at 3185
Flint Street and the construction of a 7-Unit Townhouse Apartment on
property adjacent thereto. The City Planner advised they will be two
bedroom units approximately 1000 square feet in size.

Mr. Law, 3696 Hamilton Street, asked what type of finishing would

be on the outside of the proposed development. The City Planner advised

it would be partially stucco with wood siding, probably cedar.
At 8:16 p.m. the Public Hearing adjourned.
