Re: Kinsmen's Community Building

Attached is a sketch which shows the possible building
site for the above project on the southwest corner of Aggie Park.
The site shown is slightly larger than the buildings proposed.
Therefore there should be sufficient latitude for design flexi-
bility. The site meets all sethack requirements from Chester
Street and Coquitlam Avenue. It also has a reasonable distance
away from the pool and the ball field. Additional parking can
also be provided on Coquitlam Avenue to meet the parking require-
ments of the building.
