501 PERMITTED USES OF LAND, BUILDINGS, AND STRUCTURES

Subject to the regulations in Sections 301 and 502, the following uses

(7) A PERSONAL CARE USE:

(a> shall be restricted to the care of up to ten ambulatory guests
only and the care of non-ambulatory guests shall not be permitted.

(9) A_GROUP DAY CARE USE OR PRE SCHOOL USE shal} be permitted only in

apartment facilities designed or adapted for such uses and intended

to serve residents of the subject building or persons residing in
