The Municipal Council of the Corporation AU Oe 3,197 of Port

Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Tuesday, August
3rd, 1976 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-law to amend

the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918":

By-law No. 1453: to rezone Lot 44, Blocks 7 & 8, District Lot
464, Group 1, Plan 24056, from RS-1 (One-Family Residential)
to P-2 (Special Institutional).

This property is occupied by Our Lady of Assumption Catholic
Church at 3141 Chester Street and the rezoning proposed will
place the church in its correct zone and also permit the
operation cf pre-school facility on the premises.

A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office

of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above,

between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ‘- on working days - from July
22nd, 1976 to August 3rd, 1976. |

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
