BY-LAW NO, 1353

we ar By-law to amend the "Gity of Port Coquitlam Public Health
By-law, 1969, No. 908".
‘The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
Lew ‘Section 26 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Public Health By-law,
1969, No. 908" “is repealed and the following substituted therefor: |
"26. No person shall construct or use any manure bin or permit any
accumulation of manure:
(a) within the residential areca of the City, or,
(b) within any other area of the City except with the
approval of the Medical Health Officer."

“2.000 This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Public Health By-law, 1969, No. 908, Amendment By-law, 1974,

-No. 1353".
