Re Sign By-law Changes

Further to the meeting of December 4, 1974 these changes are to be incorporated
into the Sign By-law:

Division 5
501 General Regulations ;
(D) Every sign shall be maintained to an acceptable standard as set out by

the Sign By~Law Officer.

Division 5
503 Structural Regulations
(L) All signs in the C~1, C-2, C-3, and C~4 shall be constructed of accepted
‘materials other than wood products unless prior approval of Sign By-law
officer has been obtained. ,
. (M) No Temporary. or mobile signs to be displayed, erected or otherwise placed.

Schedule No. VI Special Control Zones
(C) Add - Except in the C-3 zone where no sign shall project more than four (4)
feet above the roof of the building.

I could discuss these items to settle the wording of the changes.
