l. J.D. Beaton, Esq. -3- Waybilling will be performed either at Vancouver or the offices named in Item 2 next. Our present New Westminster, Coquitlam and Wellcox offices will perform the waybilling and mechanical reporting at the perimeter of the Vancouver Division and the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Division. There will be offices at Victoria, Lake Cowichan, Courtenay and Port Alberniaswhere train orders and waybilling will be performed. In addition, Duncan and Ladysmith will be Staffed by operators for the handliny of train orders. There will be three Mobile Supervisors within the Divisions assigned routes of travel for regular customer contact. These Supervisors will be in frequent touch during the day with the Customer Service Centre for advice as to special calls for customer service. These Supervisors will be domiciled at Victoria, Nanaimo and at Vancouver and will assist customers in obtaining information, placing orders for cars, completing bills of lading, settling accounts and claims and generally assisting customers in dealing with the Company. All stations on the Division will become “open” stations for carload traffic, including the 63 stations now listed as "closed". This will permit the removal of the present restristions on prepaid forward billing and collect in- ward billing of cars and will permit such billing from or to any station. Payment of charges may be made to the Customer Service Centre, to a Mobile Supervisor or to a local bank. . Customers sending telecraph messages from any point on the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Division will telephone them in on CP Telecommunications' toll free Zenith system. Customers within the Vancouver Division will call the Vancouver con— mercial office. Inbound messages will be telephoned to addressees, followed by postal delivery, Prospective passenvers on the Vancouver Division will have the facilities of the Vuncouver Passenger services to make reservations, secure travel information and arrange for delivery of tickets. Prospective passenyrers located on the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Division will have toll free Zenith telephone communications with the Customer Service Centre a.
