Seconded by Councillor Stewart: That Rezoning Application No. 109/93 for 2487 and 2495 Welcher Avenue be approved to proceed for rezoning from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RM-4 (Apartment) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act Subject to: Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements. Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department. Satisfaction of Building Department concerns. Consolidation of properties into one lot. Issuance of a Development Permit. That the Planning Department be authorized to draft Development Permit No. 10/93; and That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign the documents when completed subject to the conditions noted above. Completion of a design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning; b. The development to include Lot 8, Plan 9069 (2506 Pitt River Road) as an integral part of the project. Satisfaction of Engineering requirements, including appropriate vehicular access to property. Submission of landscaping plans to the satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Department.
