The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to dedicate:

a. 315.5 m@ portion of Remainder 18, except: Firstly: Part dedicated road on Plan
49119, Secondly: Part dedicated road on Plan 49602, Thirdly: Part dedicated road on
Plan 50644, Fourth: part dedicated road on Plan 58045, Fifthly: part within heavy
black outline on Highway Statutory Right-of-Way Plan 62990; District Lot 463,
Group 1, Plan 10150, identified as Parcel "C" and shown within the bold outline on a
plan certified by Mike E. Shaw, British Columbia Land Surveyor, dated the 23rd day
of June, 1993;

a 183.8 m2 portion of Parcel "S", (Reference Plan 6950) Section 17 and 18, Block 6,
North Range | East, except: Firstly: Part on Plan 10150, Secondly: Part within heavy
black out-line on Statutatory-Right-of-Way Plan 62990, identified as Parcel "D" and
shown within the bold outline on a plan certified by Mike E. Shaw, British Columbia
Land Surveyor, dated the 23rd day of June, 1993;

in New Westminster District, at or for the price or sum of $1.00 and in exchange for that
certain parcel or tract of land described in the preceding Section hereof.

A copy of the plan referred to in Section 1 and Section 2 hereof is attached to this bylaw
and made a part hereof.

That portion of road described in Section | hereof is hereby closed and stopped up to traffic
of all kinds.

Those portions of land described in Section 2 hereof, when conveyed to the City, shall be
established as additions to the roads in the City.

The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such conveyances,
deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as may be necessary
for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
