A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240”

The ‘unieipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia
which 1s more particularly deacribed ag:

Group One

Plan 35982

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS~2 (Small Lot
Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987,
No. 2240” is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1991, No. 2623".

Read a first.time by the Municipal Council this 21st day of October, 1991.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council 21at day of October, 1991.

Public Hearing held this 18th day of November, 1991.
