Janna Taylor, Parks & Recreation Director Skyline Park (Parks & Recreation Committee Meeting May 14, 1991) Recommendations 1) That Sandcastles Capital Corporation pay 75% of the cost to upgrade Skyline Park. 2) That the City Clerk be authorized to sign the contract between the City and Sandcastles Capital Corporation. 3) That the City pay 25% of the cost of the upgrade of Skyline Park. 4) That the city's share of approximately $1,725.00 be taken from Park D.C.C. interest Background & Comuenta 1. Historical Background The City of Port Coquitlam has an agreement with Sandcastles Capital Corporation for two park sites in their residential development. The agreement calls for Sandcastles Capital Corporation to do certain works in Skyline Park and Future Park. Attached to this report is the contract which outlines the work to be done on both park sites. Skyline Park We have been dealing with Sandcastles Capital Corporation over the past year to try and get them to finish the outstanding items in Skyline Park.
