(the "Project")

The undersigned Owner has retained as his Coordinating Professional
Designer a”

to undertake and/or conwordinate the "professional design" and “field
reviews" of the applicable Professional Designers required for this
Project in order to ascertain that the design will comply and construction
of the project will substantially conform in all material respects with
the current B.C. Building Code and other applicable safety enactments,

except construction safety aspects.

“Field reviews" includes such reviews of the work at the Project site and
at fabrication locations, where applicable, as the Professional Designer
considers to be necessary in order to ascertain that the work
substantially conforms in all material respects to the pians and
supporting documents prepared by the Professional Designer for the
Project, including keeping records of all site visits and any corrective
action taken as a result thereof.

The Owner and the Professional Designer will notify the City's Building
Inspector in writing prior to any sntended termination of or by the
Professional Designer. If there is no Professional Designer responsible
for the Project it is understood that work on the Project will cease until
a new appointment is made, and a “Stop Work Order" may be posted upon the

said Project by the City.
