THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COOUITLAM BYLAW NO. 2386 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240". The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: i. The following lands zoned A-1 (Agricultural) and RS=+3 (Estate Residential) are rezoned to A-l (Agricultural), RS-2 (Small Lot Residential), RT-~1 (Two Family Residential) and RM-3 (Town House Apartment), all as shown on the plan attached as Appendix "A" and forming part of this Bylaw: (a) Lot E (D77145) of District Lots 168 and 169, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 2261; (b) Lots 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 22 of District Lots 168 aud 169, Group 1, Plan 2261, New Westminster District: Ce) Lots 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, and 50, Block 14, District Lots 168 and 169, Group 1, New Westminster District Plan 2261; and (d} adjacent road and lane allowances. 2. The Zoaing Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is amended accordingly. 3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1988, No. 2386”. Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of July, 1988.
