Dear Mx. Mayor,

This is to review our conversation yesterday
regarding the assistance we need to build a Beer and Wine
Store »

vur property is non conforming because the
sewer line has not been installed. +s understand the money
has been allocated, but our priority is not high enough
to have it built in the immediate future. Since a
building permit is needed, it has been suggested that we
sign a letter of intent to connect to the sewer line when
it is completed. in any case our existing Sewage Treatment
Plant is more than adequate to handle the expansion that
we are proposing. |

secondly we need documentation of the City(s
approval to forward to the niquor Control Board to obtain
their pre approval.

i understand that a time limit of a year
has been given to us to complete all this.
